My friends and I went into this place with high hopes. We are frequent wingstop feins and were told this place was better than wingstop. we were SADLY mistaken. The wings were awful. barely any meat on the bones, and they were not tossed. One of my friends wings looked like it was still alive. I ordered the spiciest flavor and there was no spice. All of my friends got different flavors and they were not good. if you're looking for a place close to wingstop, try your house and an easy bake oven. the service was nice and not very knowledgeable and the atmosphere was good as well. just not the food. The fountain drinks were flat and although the fries were crispy, they had no flavor. Save your money and go to wingstop! or even slims, slims has better wings than this place. pizza hut, little ceasers and dominos.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! I ordered online around 9:30 pm as they closed for the night at 10 pm. I like all flats however there was not an option to choose all flats. So my sister called right after the order went through and spoke with the lady about paying the difference once we arrived. She stated over the phone there should have been an option and that basically we can’t pay the difference when we arrived. Bummer right!? We arrived around 9:50 and picked up the order and when we opened up the box, the wings were very much overcooked. I took one bite and could not taste any meat because they were so overcooked. At 28 weeks pregnant I went back inside to let the lady at the front know of the issue. No attitude going in, just needed the wings remade. The lady who was cleaning tables and worked the register looked at me crazy and said what’s wrong with them. I understand it was a few minutes before closing time, but I couldn’t just leave with wings I could not eat. The young lady who made them Keyvi started to remake the wings with no problem and the lady at the front grabbed the box and threw them away with an obvious attitude, and continued to clean off the tables. While Keyvi was making the wings I requestedMam could you make those all flats for me. She replied no problem at all, sorry about the other wings. The lady who had the attitude rushes towards me standing there waitingAt the counter and says “oh no no no no no no no, that’s not what you paid for.!” Shaking her finger at me! Shocked at her response I said mam I will pay for the difference of the flats charge, but if you don’t know how to do that just say that versus giving me an attitude at the end of the night. The wings were finished and Keyvi brought the wings up and said mam are these better and showed them to me. She was very nice and even gave me all flats. I asked for both of their names for the purpose of this review. My sister saw the encounter and walked in to see why Maria was being so rude. This lady had her eyes bucked wide open and even took her wing zone hat off. When my sister asked for her name after I went to the car she told my sister a whole different name and gave her a card to call I’m assuming management. So unprofessional. Customer service goes a very long way and me nor my sister felt like a customer at that point. It doesn’t matter if it’s a customer orders right before closing Maria is going to be the reason why if there is a complaint people will no longer go back! I will no longer be returning to wing zone, but I do appreciate Keyvi just fixing the situation.

Wow i’m glad we finally have a good wing place that also makes a bomb nashville sandwich!! I tried the ragin cajun wings and omg the flavor and spice were perfect! I put some blackened voodoo seasoning on my fries that was also amazing! Can’t wait to eat here again :)
First time there. Had great service, cashier was very kind. And the food was great! I actually thought it was better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The establishment was clean as well. I would definitely recommend!

ATTENTION!!!! I was here on 2-24I ordered my food at 2:35pm I was the only person in the restaurant the whole time I was there. I didn’t get my food till 2:55pm I ordered 2 chicken sandwich fries and coleslaw 20 minutes is way too long for such a small order on a very slow day. The only enjoyable part of my visit was Sarah B she was nice friendly and positive.

The wife and absolutely love this place! Can't beat the price, especially for wings! I always get the Thai Chilli, whereas my wife gets the Buffalo Garlic Parmesan. The large order of tots or fries is massive. Plus, the serve beer!

For the prices of the entrees you'd think you were getting at least a drink too, but no. This place nickel-n-dimes to the extent that you have to pay for extra ranch(.75 each) ALSO for extra sauce despite getting 20+ wings! I don't know but if your establishment is going to charge for every, little, thing...maybe get some lids for the single-size cups.

I call my order in when I got there it was wrong. The old lady at the front check out was mean not friendly at all then charged me the $1.50 MORE for them getting my order wrong and I still had to wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes for the first order and 20 minutes for the 2nd almost an hour and now I'm late for work and all I got was a SORRY

$17 paid for 10 wings and fries and a drink. Fries were not crispy or hot but they had a really great flavor. May try tots next time, another guy got them and they looked crispy. Lemon pepper bone in were inedible because they were a 15/10 on the salty scale. Buffalo Garlic Parm were delicious, crispy, spicy but not too spicy, and the wings were a good size. Come and try but keep your expectations low if you’re a wing lover
