I called them to order my food got there they said they didn’t have my order put me on hold for 5 minutes ignoring me. Finally got my order after 20 minutes don’t order from this wingstop the cashier helped me out but the lady on the phone was just not doing her job.

Usually the food at wingstop is good and the chicken be plump and Juicy vs HARD, CRUNCHY AND FLAT. Usually any restaurant do a make over and it is NEVER a issue. This day, these guys took the food to the bck afyer I picked up several pieces and showed them being flat, hard , small and greasy. The guy goes bck and start talk Spanish where, I could not understand. Then comes bck to counter and asked me again what was the problem like he was confused. I looked at him and the other worker too. I repeated, I need them to redo the WINGS on the order. The guy asked me to BUY another order, or he can re-cook ours to make them harder? I asked that they START A NEW ORDER. He then said they Don't have anymore CHICKEN in the store. He was a young Mexican and the guy next to him who don't speakSpanish, agreed that they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN. My husband was eating up the fries and said the workers was laughing when i walked out to go get the receipt and bag but since he ate the fries and i was eating my 2 strips, we could not REFUND it, just for the wings. It was not that hard to just REMAKE the wings. My husband order in store & just received this order 3 mins ago. As he was driving off, I was eating my 2 bbq strips. I asked him,to start looking at his order b4 walking away. This was disrespectfulto servecustomers like this with GREASE ALL IN THE BOTTOM under the wings. . They would NOT have served this to their OWN FAMILY MEMBERS. My husband has not ate since brkfast and had looked forward to getting his wings. So, yes, I'm pissed and called all the other wingstop to report this. Can I POST THE PICTURES HERE?

I asked for wings well done, they weren't well done. I got there 10 mins after ordering my wings, I like to eat my food as it comes out. I stayed there and ate, and the wings were hot, decently good, but not well done.

After several bad experiences with other locations, we just assumed they would all be bad but we wanted some wings so we tried this location. They had a lot of people working, working well together, cranking out orders. (Athens location has you waiting 30+ minutes past pick up time and Lindale location did not give us 20 wings and 6 tenders that we paid for - bag was sealed as complete order, no chicken) -- This location, everything was ready on time and in bag, as expected.
