ordered take out for 3 people. drove 20 minutes one way to pick up and drive 20 minutes back home only to find one person food was missing. called to get a refund and manager refused and said we have to bring the food back so he can check. absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Will NOT be back!
The order is NEVER correct. No seasoning on fries if you select “regular seasoning” fries soggy even if you select “well done” no drinks sent with order. Still charged for everything.
