This place is horribly run. They lose orders and then act like it’s your fault. Horrible customer service and will not be going back to this crap location

I’ve never seen so many one star reviews. Wing stop used to be good but not anymore usually get Wingstop once or twice a month now and EVERYTIME something is missing from the order (to go order) they literally take the bag read the order back to you claim everything is in the bag when they have no clue what’s in there. You’d think with 20 people working a shift they’d get it right. What’s so hard about putting the correct order in the right bag.

This is probably the LAZIEST, wing stop I’ve EVER seen. I have NEVER in my life EVER left a review for anyone. But I am for this GOD AWFUL PLACE. Workers do NOT care about you, the food, OR their own job. Cold food. Small wings. TERRIBLE SOGGY FRIES. THEY WILL LET YOUR FOOD SIT OUT FOR 10 MINUTES AND NOT EVEN CALL YOUR NAME. I’ve been to this wingstop multiple times over the course of many years, and it continues to disappoint me more and more. Fire everyone there, clean it up, i don’t know. DO SOMETHING.

And then I thought about it yea maybe I should have checked the bag….. but no that’s y’all’s job to get paid to make sure what’s on the receipt is in the bag. Not mine.

Went in to place my order. Kitchen looked busy and fully staffed. 6 people were waiting for orders. Only 3 were in the dining area. I told them the order would be to go and they said an hour and a half wait. Screw that. That place was fully staffed. Very disappointed.
Drinks were all nasty, ice was falling all over the floor. Fries had no seasoning, and got my order wrong. I asked for hot lemon pepper and only gave me hot no lemon pepper.

I love wingstop but lately they’ve been awful. We ordered 5 chicken strips and they give us 3. We ordered Cajun wings and got original hot. The fires are so undercooked and mushy, it was gross. When you ask for extra seasoning on the fries, they never add it. They don’t even add the normal amount.
Will start to visit other locations because after waiting 45 minutes for food to come out wrong starts getting old.
