First I tried ordering online and it kept declining all of my cards when I tried to pay, but when I checked everything was fine on my end, so I tried the app, same thing. So when I tried calling the restaurant someone picked up, then hung up without answering. When I called a 3rd time, they put me on hold, and I am still on hold after 5 minutes as I’m writing this review. I don’t know if this was a bad night, but more workers are definitely need at this establishment

Walked in to place a simple order and I didn’t get my order for over an hour and half. I was told it would only take about 15 min. Asked one of the workers up front about it, said he’d look into it, but he never got back to me. Tried asking another person, but got ignored. Finally the food came out. Will never come back here and WILL NOT RECOMMEND to ANYONE

We came in and the staff was heavily outnumbered by hungry wing fiends lined up around the corner. The cashier took our order while fielding door dashers, diners and Togo customers. Our food came out about five minutes ahead of her thirty minute estimate and the four flavors we tried were great and the wings were cooked perfectly. No photo, bc we were hungry.

Had a call in order for 3 people. Went picked it up and came back home to find 1 persons food is missing. Called to try to get a refund on the missing food and manager refused to issue a refund and said bring the food back so they can check it. We live 20 minutes away. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Will not be back!

I've experienced consistently inaccurate wait time estimates here. The cleanliness of the floors and bathrooms leaves much to be desired. The wings often lack proper seasoning and the to-go orders arrivein a pool oil making the wings soggy uncrispy and unpleasantly smelling. While the fries are great when fresh, they've been consistently served soggy and cold. Additionally, it seems like there's a lack of managerial presence, with the place mostly run by young staff

i ordered fries with my order and got accused of lying. i don't speak spanish but that was the only clear word the woman said to her coworker. i have my whole receipt and don't need to lie for what i paid for. i got them well done and they don't even look well done. worst place.
