I work for a service company here in Tyler as the Service Manager and this place is a JOKE!!! I have been trying now for almost a year to get paid for 2 outstanding invoices. The manager just gives me the runaround every time I call and speak with her. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS AWFUL PLACE!

I placed an online order that included carrots, hot honey rub fries, and tenders. I ended up getting celery which was NOT what I ordered. On top of that, the fries that I received had no hot honey rub seasoning and was completely bland. It was as if this location decided to give me the complete opposite of what I ordered AND paid for. Really disappointed with this because I love this location and have never had this bad of a problem.

Wing stop is where it’s at I’ve never had it but been super nervous to try it cuz I get food poisoning easily if my food isn’t cooked the right way but who ever was cooking the wings around 5:00 knows what there doing and needs a raise cuz these wings are soooooo good

The wings were not hot and they were dry, the staff didn't add enough sauce. This was delivered so it could not be remedied and was a very disappointing meal

I live about 3 minutes from a Wingstop but I'm never disappointed when it comes to this one. Super friendly staff, food always hot and fresh, to be continued if things changed... 😜

They do pretty good. Depends on who's working that day. Food is usually hot. And service fairly fast. Like most fast food places right now, some employees don't give a crap. I've had both here. But for the most part pretty good.

We ordered a meal with large fries and the fries were half full. I tried calling three times and was hung up on each time. Food is getting too expensive for this!

Food is good the first time we went. The second time we ended up just getting a refund because the wait was ridiculous. 47 minutes after we ordered and still no food.

I'm going to be straight. My review is based off what happened on Superbowl Sunday. I gave 5 stars despite waiting 2 and 1/2 hours for my food. The staff was so patient and was definitely trying to help all of the customers. What the customers didn't realize was the four burners that went out due to the high volume of orders. That is not wingstops fault, shit happens, we as consumers need to be more patient instead of being ugly to a bunch of employees doing their best. Hats off to those great employees. To the owner of the store, make sure your equipment can handle the rush. Your employees didn't let us down, YOU the OWNER did!!

Didn’t get the food we arrived around 8:50pm ordered our food. Just to give you an insight on how long it took. My son took his hair down. My youngest used the restroom. And we spilled a drink cleaned it up and was still waiting. Around 9:20 my other son called for me to pick him up from work so now we are looking at 30 mins.
While asking the employee (the guy from the army)
To change our food to go instead of dine in he said I could sit it the car with my family he would bring it out. I agreed and thanked him. Then as I exited another customer picking up food I voiced before I left outside that he parked to close to me I couldn’t get in my car. I waited for him to come. He never came out so I returned in the store and rudely asked the man to move his car. In doing that the girl with the Jimenez tattoo on her arm came to the defense of the other customer and I told her she needs to be more concerned about me waiting on my food for 40 minutes instead of what I’m saying to someone that parked to close to me.
From there she continued to argue with me didn’t want me to get my food and gave me a refund. And yes I had words for her too.

You guys did a great job! I appreciate the service and smiles. Even when I thought you said Heather but you said Fernando so I walked up to the counter to take the food. The server looked at me, pulled the bag back and pointed her finger at me "no Fernando's" and wasn't about to give me Fernando's food. And whoever you are Fernando, thank you for laughing with me and being a good sport. This location is by far my favorite in Tyler. I really didn't mean to, but y'all turned an embarrassing moment into a funny one.
