I'm going to be straight. My review is based off what happened on Superbowl Sunday. I gave 5 stars despite waiting 2 and 1/2 hours for my food. The staff was so patient and was definitely trying to help all of the customers. What the customers didn't realize was the four burners that went out due to the high volume of orders. That is not wingstops fault, shit happens, we as consumers need to be more patient instead of being ugly to a bunch of employees doing their best. Hats off to those great employees. To the owner of the store, make sure your equipment can handle the rush. Your employees didn't let us down, YOU the OWNER did!!

Didn’t get the food we arrived around 8:50pm ordered our food. Just to give you an insight on how long it took. My son took his hair down. My youngest used the restroom. And we spilled a drink cleaned it up and was still waiting. Around 9:20 my other son called for me to pick him up from work so now we are looking at 30 mins. While asking the employee (the guy from the army) To change our food to go instead of dine in he said I could sit it the car with my family he would bring it out. I agreed and thanked him. Then as I exited another customer picking up food I voiced before I left outside that he parked to close to me I couldn’t get in my car. I waited for him to come. He never came out so I returned in the store and rudely asked the man to move his car. In doing that the girl with the Jimenez tattoo on her arm came to the defense of the other customer and I told her she needs to be more concerned about me waiting on my food for 40 minutes instead of what I’m saying to someone that parked to close to me. From there she continued to argue with me didn’t want me to get my food and gave me a refund. And yes I had words for her too.

You guys did a great job! I appreciate the service and smiles. Even when I thought you said Heather but you said Fernando so I walked up to the counter to take the food. The server looked at me, pulled the bag back and pointed her finger at me "no Fernando's" and wasn't about to give me Fernando's food. And whoever you are Fernando, thank you for laughing with me and being a good sport. This location is by far my favorite in Tyler. I really didn't mean to, but y'all turned an embarrassing moment into a funny one.

HIRE. ADULTS. We have tried to get wings from this place FOUR TIMES. EACH TIME it has taken over 45 minutes- for 16 WINGS. The parking lot is NOT full. The establishment is NOT FULL. We watched an inside diner return their food because she found hair in her wings because NOBODY is wearing a hair net. We were told 35 minutes - waited 30, were told 20 more minutes. 16 WINGS.

Workers left phone off the hook so it kept saying line was busy…i go in store and workers proceed to tell me i cant get all flats even tho the menu clearly states i can…worker at counter basically refused my service becuase she didnt feel like working i will never eat wingstop again every store in Tyler is horrible and they hire the laziest workers on earth

I was about 5 minutes away and decided to call in and order. Over the phone the lady said to give her 20-25 minutes. Waited 20 minutes outside and then went inside to check in and got told that now they will begin to start making the order. When asked why that wasn’t communicated over the phone so I wouldn’t have to wait out there for no reason, the lady said “well this late at night we wait until you are here and pay for it because people don’t show up”.
