I'm going to be straight. My review is based off what happened on Superbowl Sunday. I gave 5 stars despite waiting 2 and 1/2 hours for my food. The staff was so patient and was definitely trying to help all of the customers. What the customers didn't realize was the four burners that went out due to the high volume of orders. That is not wingstops fault, shit happens, we as consumers need to be more patient instead of being ugly to a bunch of employees doing their best....

You guys did a great job! I appreciate the service and smiles. Even when I thought you said Heather but you said Fernando so I walked up to the counter to take the food. The server looked at me, pulled the bag back and pointed her finger at me "no Fernando's" and wasn't about to give me Fernando's food. And whoever you are Fernando, thank you for laughing with me and being a good sport. This location is by far my favorite in Tyler. I really didn't...

The over all experience is good
The food took a little while to come out even though we ordered 10 minutes in advance, but it wasn't horribly long. Now he lady at the counter was a slightly rude, but I couldn't really tell if she was trying to be.
The food on the other hand was great, and set a great standard for my first time eating wings.
Over all not a horrible experience, and was pretty great.
