We’ve been here several times and enjoy the food; however, this location has continuously gone down hill. While we were there this last time, I noticed the young man behind the counter (the one who finishes plating the food with the sauces and brings them to the table) blew/wiped his nose in front of customers and then proceeded to continue his duties without washing his hands. He did eventually put on gloves but I noticed he later had taken them off when he brought our food. I never saw him wash his hands. As much as we like the food, we will not return to this location.
Best kabob in town! Never disappoints!
4 star for the food only. Did not have ice for drinks, and staff acted as if we imposed on them when asking for ice. Man-bun counter staff eating behind the counter. Tables not cleaned off, trash can filthy, and floor is sticky. Staff never shares with new customers that they do not have any ice for drinks. 4 stars for food, sub 1 star for everything else. Needs a staff that cares.
We were asked to leave the image dining area w our service dog. Without reason. He didn’t bark or whine.
The food was absolutely delicious and I didn’t feel terrible about myself once we finished haha. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food came out quickly
Staff is nice but the pitas are terrible. They barely put any meat on them, so you basically pay for all pita and lettuce. Mine was terribly dry. Hummus was watery. Wouldn’t waste my money again
Very good fast Mediterranean food. The serving sizes are pretty generous considering the price. There are different dipping sauces, the 2 I enjoy are the tahini, green salsa, skug and tatziki. When I decide to cut refined carbs I know I can go with the Mediterranean Chicken and Greek salad without any guilt. It's always clean and the freshly made tea's are really yummy.
Vegetarian options: The baked falafel is delicious and non of the sauces contain meat.
Kid-friendliness: I see Littles there all the time.
Parking: Plenty of parking for everyone.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely handicapped friendly.
This is a terrific ? restaurant! Finally in Tyler, we have a restaurant that is delicious and healthy. 15.00 buys you a small Greek Salad, 2 Kabobs either beef or chicken, and a side. The sides are delicious! They also offer a decadent chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, not extremely large but definitely satisfying. I highly recommend this place!
We were greeted very nicely and offered a menu so as to have greater detail about what is offered. You place your order as you come in and then go take a seat. After placing your order, shortly thereafter your meal is brought to you. There are outside seating options if you so choose to do this. There are no TVs. So if you need to watch the game or the news, bring your personal device.Excellent meal with acceptable portions.
Parking: Plenty of parking since it is located in a shopping center.
I love the food here but the last two times I came in they was out of the turkey avocado sandwich. On top of that the last time the guy trying to take my order was extremely rude with no apology towards their forever long list of out of items. I got a birthday coupon from them and have tried twice to use it but each time I come in they don't have what I want. It's just very frustrating and disappointing

Manager was extremely kind and helpful. Had a sweet smile on his face while in conversation!! My favorite employee happens to be the brown haired boy with the nick name “nate”. Very helpful, patient, and understanding as this was my first time appearing at this location!!
The clerk at the register was very nice and helpful. I had to wait at least 5 minutes extra after my friend got her food for the salmon kabob which was very dry and overcooked. The Greek salad was a pile of limp romaine that had black on the edges. There was a tiny half of a cherry tomato and half of a small black olive with maybe 2 teaspoons of feta for an extra $1.50. The dressing either hadn’t been shook or was just tasteless. The beans had no flavor. There were 4 pita bread triangles that were delicious. It seems like this restaurant is going downhill if you look at past reviews. I would have asked for my money back but a friend paid for my lunch.
First time visiting since they first opened, and I was pleased with the customer service as well as the food we ordered. Very fresh and tasted wonderful! Shay was very friendly and helpful in giving us options of different food choices and went above and beyond during our visit here. We will be back :)
This is my favorite place. I love the food so much! But the service I had today was awful. Got here at 7:45pm, they were out of almost the whole menu and the staff was very rude. Disappointed. This review is for the service, not the food. The floor mats were rolled up and leaning on tables. That’s just nasty!
Had steak kabobs. They were tender and delicious! The drinks good. The salad and pasta was great as well. We will be headed back there.
