I love 7 brew and their coffee. This location, however was incredibly disappointing. We asked for two pumpkin blondies with whip. They brought out two regular blondies with no whip. If there was pumpkin added (the barista said there was) it had no flavor at all. Both baristas we spoke to acted like we were a nuisance to even be ordering coffee. Frustrating.

I tried 7-Brew just recently and I am hooked! Such good coffee, the flavors they offer are all delicious and the pricing is great too!!! Everytime i come to this location everyone is always so nice, no matter what time of day it is! So glad I finally decided to try it here!

Got in line and they took anyone’s order to the left of me and everyone behind me. Just completely dismissed me being in the front of the line. Then they noticed when the 3 cars behind me got their drinks and I was just sitting there.

Sat there waiting for about 10 minutes while four girls stood around one car, someone else came out to take orders and completely ignored us and took orders from cars that arrived after us, decided to just leave
I think his name was Darron, he’s amazing with guests! He was very interactive and suggests great drinks. This guy definitely knows what he’s doing and deserves a raise!

I went to the one in universal city, Love the vibe and the way it’s set up. The staff is very friendly, I love the Iced blondie. The flavor is great, I just really wish there was one in New Braunfels Tx.
