I usually never have a problem here but haven't been coming here the past few weeks because of how many cars are always in the parking lot. As I stand here in this line of 11 people with only one person working the register at 7 AM, I'm sure I won't be coming in here again. Perhaps the people who manage this store don't understand the Mon-Fri rush that happens with us working folk, nor extend a sense of urgency to their employees. I sure hope this changes. Love this place for the customer service and convenience. It's on my way home from work and also fairly close to my home. Only negative is that I go in for a fountain drink and that area is sometimes really sticky and messy. Sometimes they're out of cups and lids... but it's a busy place so I guess they can only do so much. For great service and convenience I give them 5 stars!

Lady has no idea how to ring up items that have a posed promo. We brought It to her attention that she over charged us, so she gave us a refund for the wrong total. We ended up losing money for items we couldn't even take home or use.
