I went in to buy stuff and waited 10 minutes and found no one working. Went to the rest room and came back out and nothing. Finally walked to their back room and found the rudest person ever (Leonard) on his phone and was mad that I actually found him. I will never walk into this dirty place again. 7-11 should be ashamed of how this place looks!

Lady has no idea how to ring up items that have a posed promo. We brought It to her attention that she over charged us, so she gave us a refund for the wrong total. We ended up losing money for items we couldn't even take home or use.

I usually never have a problem here but haven't been coming here the past few weeks because of how many cars are always in the parking lot. As I stand here in this line of 11 people with only one person working the register at 7 AM, I'm sure I won't be coming in here again. Perhaps the people who manage this store don't understand the Mon-Fri rush that happens with us working folk, nor extend a sense of urgency to their employees. I sure hope this changes. At least this line is moving though. I'm now number 7 and it's been 12 minutes. C'est la vie. I wonder how many people have stopped and written such a lengthy review in this same line. Alas, I may never know. I'm glad it's Christmas season and people are pretty cheerful. I'm number 4 now..............3 ..........2 ........Finally, I can end this rant. ?Update: I see your response to my review in the comment below and do not know how much more detail you'd like. The review in and of itself was pretty self-explanatory. I won't be taking more time to go to your website, but I thank you for thinking of me.

Love this place for the customer service and convenience. It's on my way home from work and also fairly close to my home. Only negative is that I go in for a fountain drink and that area is sometimes really sticky and messy. Sometimes they're out of cups and lids... but it's a busy place so I guess they can only do so much. For great service and convenience I give them 5 stars!

Beware!! This gas station has skimmers on their gas pumps! Use with caution. Recommend going inside and prepay for gas versus using payment at pump

Absolutely gross, Drink Machines are dirty. Food stations are dirty with old dried out food. Womens bathroom is dirty, floors look like they are never mopped and there was also blood. For being fairly new its a dump. Poor customer service as well.
Do not go here if you're expecting the Laredo Taco Company. The service and quality has gone severely down hill since 7-11 took over. The staff was super rude and didn't acknowledge me until I spoke up. After I got her attention she informed me they didn't have the most basic bacon and egg and that it would be a wait which is fine but she got an even bigger attitude once I said I wanted to sit and wait. When I got my food I asked for pico and she gave me such an attitude about it that the manager stepped in.

I went to get a money order and the cashier didn't even acknowledge me . He was too busy on his phone. I couldn't get the money order because he said it was down with a snarky attitude. This is the second time an employee has been rude to me at this store.
