HTeaO Universal City the owner was super helpful with these 5 gallon filtered water jugs getting them in my car. The water is not so great in this area and this is a great way to get good clean water. We are so happy to have this store so close. The tea is great, to many flavors to choose from.
My husband and I wondered why this location wasn't as busy. during Happy Hour it should be bursting with people. We went and placed our order as we always have. we order 1/3 of one and 2/3 of the other. we realize there isn't an exact measurement but essentially we want more of one than the other. we were told by 2 different employees in the drive thru we couldn't order like that. yeah, won't be back
Of course it’s HTeaO. The tea is always the same. It’s always great.
I always judge places based on how equipped and how they manage the happy hour experience. Today is Sunday. Around 3:30 PM. It’s fairly crowded and out of ice. They did fill up the ice rather quickly. The store in particular only has one iced dispenser. And mostly has one tea dispenser with a few duplicates.

Based on customer reviews, HTeaO is a great and fresh place with many flavors of tea to choose from. The Poppi callab drinks are so yummy, and the Killer Brownie is one of the best brownies ever. The Just Desserts cupcakes are so good, and the hot cocoa made with almond milk was very tasty. The tea is great, with too many flavors to choose from. The coconut is a favorite. This location is very clean and fully stocked. The owner is super helpful, and a man with salt and pepper hair is very nice and helpful. One customer found that this HTeaO actually listens and makes the order correctly, with a hot latte coming out quickly. However, the young man working the drive-thru is rude and acts like you are bugging him, and he has forgotten drinks. Going inside is recommended, or driving to the one on foster road where everyone speaks and smiles. This location is strongly recommended for anyone.
