Ordered 2 dinners for delivery & only received 1 order. Manager advised me that it was my responsibility to call door dash to have a driver go back to pick up the missing item. Door dash formed me they didn’t do that. I was given a refund & had to reorder. I ended up spending more money than the refund. Terrible service. I will never order from this location again

Would not recommend their online order system. Ordered and went to the store and even though I had a receipt from Popeyes that I showed them. They would not make the order because they could not see it in the system. The local store either wouldn't or couldn't check with corporate to fix the issue. After I reached out to corporate customer service, the issue was remedied but the local store did not.

Got wife the fish sandwich and I got the spicy boneless wings. There are 11:30 and wings dry like they had been under heat lamp for a couple hours. Barely any spicy sauce put on wings . Wife liked the fish sandwich, said it was a little spicy for her.

Congratulations on your newest creation. Flounder sandwich that was a chicken sandwich with tarter sauce on it. Note the wrapper says fish. It wasn't. Good thing it's lent. Lol! It didn't taste terrible, but i really wanted the flounder.

Went through drive through. Ordered ghost wings with fries and coleslaw. Got home, no coleslaw, after I asked if my coleslaw was in bag. The woman who brought food out told me in a very nasty tone, "It's in there!" Pat Booker location in Universal City is the worst!!! I tried to call. They didn't answer the phone.

Horrible Horrible Customer service. The woman manager don’t want your business. First time going there. We walk out because of the Extreme Bad attitude. She told us to go ahead and make a big complaint. She doesn’t give a crap. Go there at your own risk. There are a lot of good Chicken place in SA. Why give them your business.

Got the 12 piece spicy. With 12 pieces one would think it would be 3 of each, came with 2 thighs and 4 over cooked (nearly burnt) wings. Nice to see the sitting area had received a hugely needed face-lift.

Chicken tastes old rubbery sides always cold

I went here on January 1 2025 and I went to order a family meal and 2 5pcs blackened tender meal and the woman at the speaker said they didn’t have any blackened tenders ready and then I said well they are made to order normally and then she said well don’t have the seasoning so then I drove 20min away to another location and they made them and told me we have in wait which is normal. Pat booker location needs to do better and just do the job that you were hired to do.

The staff at this location are HORRIBLE including general manager. No people skills, extremely rude I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. It's one thing for staff to always be rude and miserable but it's another when management is the same. Food quality and restaurant is bad!!

So, I went here today around 9:50, according to google the restaurant is open. I wait in the drive thru for about five minutes, I asked twice if someone was there. I figured they could have been busy, stepped away, on the phone. I then roll up to the window because obviously I’m not going to get service, and then I see a lady just sitting at the counter looking out the window at me as I drive away. From the looks of her she could have used the steps it takes to make a sandwich or two. I have reached out to corporate. I doubt any will come of it.
