Takeout order had burnt, cold fries..it tasted like leftover fries. Pretty disappointed.

This wingstop is the worst . Placed an order on the for pick up at 7:20 pm and the girl said it would be ready in 25 min waited almost till 9 pm to get my food smfh and this is not the only time they have taken long it’s ridiculous. Wingstop employees yall really need to step it up yall suck forreal

You should consider hiring a new front manager. Angel is extremely unprofessional and lacks good customer service skills. It seems like he’s just there for a paycheck rather than actually managing effectively.
Very good wings with great deals. It's hard to find a great place with good food for the value of your money these days.
The food is simply wonderful, the atmosphere is very nice, but most of the people who work there treat the customer service as if they were giving charity to the clients, it seems that they do not pay them enough and that is why they serve badly those who go for take-out orders, you can see many people in the kitchen, I have been able to count up to 8 in a space where there should be about 3 people at most, all happy talking and playing with their cell phones, despite that and after the long waits, you can enjoy a wonderful meal but no longer in such good spirits due to the poor customer service experience that some of their employees provide.

So unprofessional…the manager there doesn’t do anything and makes his employees do everything for him. Went in today and they were struggling and took forever the poor cook in the back obviously is tired…Last week in the afternoon during my lunch I came in an a girl was doing everything she took my order and made it. I gave her 10 dollars for her hard work but it’s sad seeing how bad this place has gotten they never get orders right, take forever, and they have terrible customer service. Whoever is the manager either do better or go somewhere else.

I placed my order thru door dash and some wingstop worker gave my food to another door dasher. Do these employees at this location check to see if the name on the order matches the name on the door dash delivery driver phone? Guess not. They just give your food to any delivery person without checking. Horrible service I will never come back to this location ever again!!

The wings and french fries are great, but this time we seriously only got french crumbs. No fries whatsoever. I was so disappointed. I should call them. Also the rest of my review is as follows. I will never understand how restaurants do not seem to care about the atmosphere. It makes me lose my appetite. I mean, food and atmosphere go hand in hand. First off, they don't wear gloves, that's gross. There's a mop in a bucket with water and a broom as you are ordering your food in plain view. Not eye pleasing. Now this place definitely needs to be knocked down and have a new one built. They have just let it go. When you see an environment like this then you know obviously the kitchen is not going to be on point. The service is OK. But you can tell they want you in and out. They have no time for customers who wanna be extra. Just get your food and go.

Long wait in this place.
I waited over 30 mins just to get my wings looking like this. Right as the cashier was taking my order, she turns around talking to an employee without saying excuse me or anything of that sort. I had to wait til she was done talking just so I can continue placing my order.
This location always disappoints but I keep giving them chances in hopes it would get better. So far it's gotten worse.

They constantly mess up my order at this location or forget something in my order. Last week they messed it up and offered me free wings to make it up, today I went to pick up my order that was completely wrong again. Done with this location.

I placed a mobile order at 10:51pm. I get to the store at 11:08pm i tell the cashier my name for order she didnt tell me how much longer or anything. I was waiting for over 30minutes for MY ORDER i watched them put it on the little cart thing. I was watching others get their order and fast but my order was STILL SITTING ON THE CART! I let 10min go by cashier is just in la la land not even realizing i been waiting for MY ORDER MIND YOU ITS BONELESS WINGS I KNOW IT ONLY TAKES 10minutes the most to make! I then go up and say how much longer for my order this is the 3rd time shes asked me my name for my order when i told her 20minutes ago! She grabs my order from the cart and i asked how long has it been sitting there and she said not that long when i clearly watched her let time go by and i said really cause its been sitting there this whole time! She CLEARLY LIED TO MY FACE! I then ask for the manager some scruffy looking kid asks what the problem was and i said my order has been sitting there for the past 10min and he apologized and i then asked him how long he said not that long i said really cause i saw it sitting for 10min and he apologized again i asked for his boss who i can make a report to because this is ridiculous! Its common sense to put an "H" letting the kitchen know i was HERE BUT THERE WAS NOTHING ON MY TICKET! The cashier AGAIN LIED TO MY FACE SAYING SHE PUT AN H AND THE SCRUFFY GUY SAID SHE DIDNT ITS COMMON SENSE! Now i remember why i HATE THIS LOCATION!! Lack of common sense and i bet if i didnt ask how much longer my order would have STILL BEEN SITTING THERE! I didnt leave until 11:30pm! Make it make sense!
