Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received!For starters I’m pregnant and was on the verge of passing out so I went into wingstop because it was the nearest food place to me, I ordered a water, veggie sticks, and a regular fry. Pretty simple menu options and this was due to again me feeling like I was going to pass out just wanting to be in and out, I placed my order and sat down. Every single table was dirty besides the ones that had people sat at them and even then some of them were sitting at dirty table with chicken bones amongst other things, which should be deemed completely unacceptable and a violation against food safety measures. As well as it took them 15 minutes to hand me a water and 35 minutes for them to hand me my food, mind you these are things that should be prepared already! And to make matters worse when I got in the car I checked the food and the fries are burnt to a crisp! The staff didn’t seem bothered or professional by any means the girl at the register was on her phone as there were customers in line and some lady was cleaning her AirPods without gloves or washing her hands before taking orders again, This place is to well staffed to be acting this way, for the love of everything good please get your staff and protocols under control because this was an absolutely ridiculous experience.

Usually a good place to get wings. I come here on a normal basis. However this last time, I got shorted three wings. Not the highest of issues, but when you are paying 30 dollars for some wings. You kind of want your order to be what you ordered.

waited about 40 minutes for a 6pc combo. mean girls at register grouped up while i waited in my car and watched them not move from their spots or check on the food. last time i was there i waited over an hour for my order (it was busy, i get it, i was a server for over two years. i’m really not the type to cause issues with service workers, i was just in their shoes a few months ago) i didn’t get ranch with my order, i went back for it and the girl gave me a dirty look when her coworker mentioned it to her, she was there tonight off shift talking to the staff. i was told to park in front of the store so they could wave at me whenever the order was ready which didn’t happen until the store started getting busy and my partner decided to go in for me. the food was lukewarm. one of the drinks (i ordered two with my combo bc my partner didn’t want any food, just a drink.) had a thin nail mark on the bottom of the cup and leaked all over my partner’s center console, he just got the car 3 months ago. i don’t want to accuse anyone of doing anything on purpose but after waiting almost an hour for lukewarm food (that never used to be served that way in the past) while the store was completely dead, my partner’s car suffering from the leak, finding the nail mark on the cup (he never put a straw in bc he was driving, so definitely not user error lol.) plus the weird mean girl vibes. i can’t help but think that they’re being unprofessional. i used to serve tables, people have tried me beyond belief but i’ve never once messed with their food or drinks. if the nail mark and wait were intentional— that’s just not okay behavior. i went through a year of issues with my gi health and i got kinda weird about food. wingstop is one of my safe foods and i visit almost weekly as a result. i plan on returning, when i was sick i lost 67lbs and the majority of my health— i’m not giving up my favorite spot. i don’t know these people personally aside from ordering and thanking them so i couldn’t give you their names. (night crew 01/31/24 ordered at 10:22pm.) i’ve NEVER had issues with this location or chain in my life and i’m not the type to take out my frustrations on service workers so i expect them to do the same. i was just in their shoes, why would i cause them any more grief then they already deal with ? i get how frustrating and thankless being in the food industry is. i don’t want this review to affect their jobs or livelihoods but i also don’t want to feel targeted at my favorite place because i spoke up about my missing ranch last time i was there. maybe better customer service training? vibes were way off and i’ve never had this kind of experience here before. my partner’s cup holder lights had batteries in them and they were swollen with liquid when we got home, im glad they didn’t explode. be nice :(
