Bad service. I felt so uncomfortable. I love visiting coffee shops. I’m a coffee drinker. I’ll never recommend this place.

Excellent coffee providing a smooth and strong finish. The proactive and kind greeting also provides a nice welcoming tone. A must try - Apple Butter Kolache.

White Rock Coffee in University Park makes an excellent Americano — hot, delicious, and just the way it should be. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, and everyone at the register was friendly, which set a positive tone right away.

The shop itself was very crowded and felt a little rigid, but that’s understandable given its popularity. Parking was tough because of the ongoing street construction, so this location isn’t the easiest to linger at.

That said, the quality of the coffee and the friendliness of the staff make it worth the stop. I’d recommend this spot if you’re looking to grab a great coffee to go, especially if you’re in the area and don’t mind the tight parking.

I tried their large iced sopapilla latte with oatmilk and it was so good! It was my first time visiting their location and Tadea and Jasmine were patient and super kind. 10/10 would come back anytime!

I had an espresso, and an Americano. Whilst the servers were extremely polite, the Americano was not to my taste, and I found the espresso to be quite bitter. If you're looking for a place to work and plug in, this would be a fine set up. If you're looking for outstanding coffee and a more relaxing, comfortable atmosphere, I'd probably look elsewhere.

Nicole was so polite and the drinks were so fast and delish. I love how festive the place is. 5 stars! Totally recommend.

I absolutely LOVE Frita, Reese, Colton and Kayla. Great staff, friendly, they will go above and beyond to make that perfect drink and treat you with care. When you have a team like this you can only expect nothing but the best quality in ever sense of the word. The coffee is great, prices are fair. Great place to hang out with friends or work. They keep up with the holidays and make this location looking fun and in season. Thank you for your amazing attention every time I walk through that door. You guys are GREAT!! :-)
