Ordered two turkey club sandwich combos, to go, got home no bacon on either sandwich, served on a cold hamburger bun instead of toast. I went back to complain and the cashier stated that they were out of bacon amongst other things. I told her it would’ve been nice to know. She cared less of my complaint. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she’s not in until later. Left my phone number and have yet to receive a callback. Read the reviews!

I'm sure the food is fine but I'll never know. Added and extra 45minutes to an already long trip to go the billy bobs instead of fast food. Ordered and waited in a dining room with maybe five other people for 30 minutes until the dining room was empty. Never got our food. Cashier never checked on us. We had to go and ask for a refund.

One of the most frustrating places to order from. Almost every time, something from my order is missing—fries, onion rings, you name it. It shows they don’t care about accuracy or customer service.
The drive-through is just as bad. The staff act like you’re supposed to memorize the menu already, which makes zero sense for people who aren’t locals. It’s unprofessional and lazy.
The food itself is nothing special. For the price they charge, it’s definitely not worth it. Between the missing items, poor service, and overpriced food, this place is more trouble than it’s worth.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a large unsweetened tea and a large fry and paid almost $8.00 the fry was smaller than a large fry at other fast food restaurants basically about 1/2 a cup my tea barely had any ice with temperatures outside in the 90’s. Extremely disappointing. They gave me my fries in a huge bag with grease stains. I understand why there are never any cars there now. This place is ridiculously expensive and apparently not clean due to the bag they gave me. Glad I didn’t go inside. I will never go there again.!

Worst service, Worst burger, EVER!
So here's how the phone call started .. Me - I need to place a pick-up order. BB - How many items? (Huh?) Me - 4 burgers BB - we can only take 2 items. You will need to place your order online. Me - I'm driving. I guess I can make an order for 2 and hang up and call back for the other 2? BB - I don't think that will work sir. Me - I'm driving. Do y'all not want my business? BB - Hold on and let me ask. BB - We can take your order.
Here's one of the burgers I ordered- A Bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled chilies, and grilled mushrooms. (Picture of my burger) - No bacon, 1 Chili, 2 onions and 5 slivers of mushrooms- Fries terrible.... Need I say more.
