“The food was delicious, good portions and amazing customer service. You can definitely tell everything is made from scratch. The Alfredo sauce is devine. We ordered 2 pizzas, a Ceasars salad, and Alfredo dipping sauce for the garlic knots. The pizza had the right amount of sauce, toppings, and cheese. The salad and dressing was fresh and delicious. We will definitely eat here again when we are out this way.”

“Love their lemon chicken? and egg rolls and fried rice ? ! The crust on the lemon chicken is simply the best. It is thin and crunchy instead of the typical thick doughy batter at other restaurants. Their broccoli ? chicken is amazing too. This Golden Dragon food is pretty much my measuring stick for all Chinese food I get elsewhere. Very very few meet the standards of taste & texture. This one is my fav. Only thing is, they are sometimes closed for months at a time. Those are sad times lol.”

“Rubys is one of the best bars in Uvalde. It has a great atmosphere and is welcoming to everyone, and has the coldest beer in town!! it’s not a bad deal. You can bring your own liquor, of course for a 5 dollar$ fee not bad. Highly recommended to anyone who is wanting a nice hometown local bar who just wants to come and chill and relax.”

“Service was friendly and fast. The food was great. Buffalo wings were perfectly cooked, perfect level of spicy, all-around great. We got a large pizza half one flavor half another. Both flavor combos were house specials and excellent. The dough was so yummy, and the vodka sauce on my "the verdict" was fantastic. To top it all off, the music they played was awesome, upbeat, and fun. If we lived here, we would eat here ALL the time.”

“I can not say enough about this place. I travel to Uvalde for work often and this place is perfect! The staff is always so sweet, the coffee is the BEST in town, and the food is amazing! I am making my way through their breakfast menu, which is served ALL DAY, and I cannot wait to get to into their lunch! I recommend the salted caramel cafe latte and the French Toast. OMG!!! “It was a good steak you know I'm from Oklahoma and we have cattlemen's steakhouse so it's hard to compare to that but it was close it was tender juicy and I would tell anyone who wanted to steak it's a good place to go get one.”

Gave us one extra tortilla to eat with carne guisada....WHAT??? Since Covid, prices have skyrocketed! Almost priced their food out of the competition.

“I go to your establishment all the time my family loves it. The last 3 times I have ordered the cinnamon twist and I get home and no twist. I don’t go back and get them because I live 4 miles outside city limits. You need to start double checking your orders.”
