“Rubys is one of the best bars in Uvalde. It has a great atmosphere and is welcoming to everyone, and has the coldest beer in town!! it’s not a bad deal. You can bring your own liquor, of course for a 5 dollar$ fee not bad. Highly recommended to anyone who is wanting a nice hometown local bar who just wants to come and chill and relax.“
