“Absolutely Amazing and worth every penny! Was invited to lunch today by my son. Order was called in ahead of time and the food was fabulous. Had a pastrami, cream cheese, Avacado, smoked cheddar and bacon sandwich on sourdough served with a seasoned fry with a cream sauce and chipotle drizzle. Did I mention his mini cheese cake in a jar... Fabulous! Will definitely stop here again! Great Job Chef Ryan and Khristian! Well done! ❤️ Don't forget the appetizers.... Guacamole and seasoned chips... perfection!“

“It’s a greenhouse restaurant with beautiful plants and flowers surrounded by stunning Vietnamese decor. It’s a family friendly atmosphere, as I witnessed a young boy doing his schoolwork accompanied by his mother in an apron who I assume just made my meal. It was to go only and the meal itself (pho) was steaming hot and aromatic. The fresh spring rolls with homemade peanut sauce were a delight. I’ll definitely be returning. Pho Long is a treasure!“

“I ordered the fried fish for my Mom. It was freshly cooked, moist and tender. The staff were very kind and very quick. As I left the counter to wait for the order I noticed 2 police officers dining there. I KNEW the food was going to be good at that point. The police don't eat where there is bad food!“

“Wonderful small business! We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and were greeted and immediately seated. Drinks were crisp and orders taken. Hot and delicious food was brought to us within 10 mins. We were visiting from out of town and thought we’d get dirty looks for walking in right before closing but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We left 15 mins after closing and never felt rushed to eat and go. I highly recommend them! Will definitely be back when visiting and make sure to go earlier.“

It’s really one of my favorite spots in town. This is the place we take our out of town folks to experience a genuine Uvalde Mexican food experience every time!“
