“It’s a true mom-and-pop restaurant. I guess for now, it’s only take-away service. The son took our order, grandpa kept a watchful eye on his grandson, and grandma delivered our food with the sweetest smile. The food is incredibly flavorful and authentic—clearly made with love. Great portions for the price, and the iced coffee was the perfect refreshing touch. Highly recommend for both the taste and the heartwarming experience. We found a perfect spot nearby at the Uvalde Memorial Park to eat our lunch.“

“Great place for an old fashioned hamburger or cheeseburger (best sure to ask for cheese if that's your jam) . The service was a amazing, very friendly and hospitable. A gentleman there who's been there for a while is fantastic(for the life of me I can't remember his name). Food is always amazing and fresh when I go thru. If you have kids, their nuggets are much better than McDonald's but somehow taste like them also. Overall a fantastic burger joint. My pops took me, I took my kids, and even got my in-laws won over. 🏆“

“Wonderful small business! We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and were greeted and immediately seated. Drinks were crisp and orders taken. Hot and delicious food was brought to us within 10 mins. We were visiting from out of town and thought we’d get dirty looks for walking in right before closing but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We left 15 mins after closing and never felt rushed to eat and go. I highly recommend them! Will definitely be back when visiting and make sure to go earlier.“
