“Simple amazing BBQ. We have been here several times now and look forward to every time.
We have always been there in off times so there is never a wait. Always met with a smile and greetings.
The perfect combo to order is 2 large plates. 1. Lean brisket and sausage and the other ribs and marble brisket with an extra 1/2 pound of the turkey.
Sides are all a hit. We always get potato salad, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and cleanly corn.
The strawberry cheese cake was amazing and scratch made, the cobbler is also always a great choice.
Just a great place overall and love to stop here.

“The food was delicious, and the portion sizes are generous. We had never been here and got the full order of lasagne, full order of spaghetti with meat sauce and added meatballs, a full-size chef salad, and a full order of garlic bread (six pieces). It was enough food for six people. The building is obscure, the drive-thru is hidden behind the building, and the wait took longer than was ideal. But don't let that deter you,... order early and enjoy some really good food.“
“My friend Mireya brought me the cheese enchiladas today to work. . They were fantastic ! If I lived in Pearsall I would eat there everyday !! Nachos next and I’m thinking enchiladas at least once a week ! Thank you. Blessings. ❤️🤟“
