“Girlfriend and I just visited Rico's burgers for the first time the barbecue pork rib sandwich had a lot of taste and flavor very tasty barbecue sauce and generous on the fries sweet tea is not bad either. Girlfriend had the hell's Burger and was spicy and very flavorful meat cooked well done. Service was great and fast. Will definitely be coming back to check out more of the menu.

“An upscale place in South Town with none of the white tablecloth pretentions. I started with a cold, delicious tomato consomme. Light and fresh. Perfectly cooked grilled octopus. A surprisingly good cheese plate was my dessert. Properly chilled and presented wines with each course. Definitely will return.“

We try to work in a dinner there on every trip to San Antonio. This trip, however, was disappointing for only one reason: they have on their website a long list of Dress Code do's and don't's. On this Friday night, apparently management and the rest of the staff chose to ignore that Code. One gentleman in jeans and a Gimme Cap. Another in Bermuda shorts and an entire party of 6 in jeans and one or two cowboy hats. If you are going to have a Dress Code, please enforce it!“

Mercury enjoyed her milk shake, mom and dad had a few ships too. The Dragon Fruit Lemonade was beyond delicious! Fresh and the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The honee butter chick'n sandwich was so good, however I'd probably would of preferred a flaky biscuit but all in all I give it an 8.5/10!! When in the area I totally recommend whether a herbivore or omni 1000/10 chefs kiss!!“

“Today we had an extraordinary experience thank to our server Gregory we mentioned to him that we were excited and celebrating life because our 4 year old went for her yearly MRI scans and came out NED. He went out of his way to put his team together to sing to our precious warrior with a delicious cake and candle, now she is 3 years NED. Food was delicious, cutomer service was excellent, I truly love the atmosphere and recommend it 100%“

“This restaurant is a hidden gem! I have been twice already. They are dog-friendly, family-friendly, and have great service. The first time I went, they were kind enough to give my dogs a water bowl while we were seated outside. They also gave us a mini fan to keep the fly away. The restaurant is very beautiful and the staff is very kind. The nachos were delicious!! We also ordered dessert and that was so yummy! The second time we sat indoors and it was just as lovely! “We found this place on Google and it was close to our hotel. We all loved it. Everything is made on site or grown locally. My hubby loves "meat porn" so this was his place. When you first walk in, they have their homemade meats hanging in a meat locker. I thought he was going to lose his mind! Pizza and dessert was beyond fantastic! It all is fresh AF. No joke. Even beer and wine is locally sourced. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE WHEN IN SAN ANTONIO.“

“Small dine in area but well worth the wait and money. You can customize anything on the menu ,meaning it's an open menu. Nowadays, nobody wants to stray from what's written in their menu. The food is awesome. Be ready for a nap after because the portions are great size.“

The owner even gave my little girl a complimentary bowl of spaghetti..she was full from a bday party we attended and she said it was so good she couldnt stop eating it..all of us enjoyed a good portion..the calzone had that wood burning crisp and the supreme pizza did not disappoint with the amount of toppings..we will become regulars for sure..but the best aspect was the service..when you walk in you feel welcome and greeted with a smile and laughter..carrying friendly conversation is always a perk at any place we eat..very happy we found us a great pizza parlor!
