“Supporting small family owned businesses is one of my favorite things to do, and Big Aloha's Ali'i Cove absolutely delivered! We recently used their catering menu for a special gathering, and from start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal. They even worked with our Sunday event date to make everything happen. The food was fresh, authentic, and delicious so much so the teri beef, fried noodles, mochiko chicken, mac salad, and cupcakes disappeared fast. Unfortunately, the only pictures I managed to take were of the cupcakes because everyone was too busy enjoying the food. That's probably the best compliment a caterer can receive! If you're looking to add something different, flavorful, and authentic to your table, I highly recommend giving them a try. It's always rewarding to support a local family business that takes such pride in what they do. You'll find them right here in Universal City off Pat Booker Road. “We had an early dinner this afternoon. The food was fabulous. We had the shrimp and catfish. The food was exceptionally fresh, the batter they use is wonderful and the coleslaw is about the best I’ve eaten in my 74 years. The food was hot and served quickly and the waitstaff is phenomenal. The place is clean and everyone was so gracious. Highly recommend!!“

Also ordered the Ban Chay, the vegetarian vermicelli soup in Thai broth. To drink we ordered two black boba teas, one mango and the other jasmine milk tea. “Hidden gem! Right off I10. I had the triple delight Mongolian lunch special beef, chicken and shrimp. I was impressed by the quality of the beef it was a very nice and tender cut. The price out the door with a drink was less than some fast food. Soup came with the fresh crispy wontons too. Impressive.“

“The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pizza and wings are always hot and have a good flavor. I have never had to wait. My order is usually ready or close to it. I order from this location at least once or twice a month. It is my go-to for pizza.“
