“We moseyed into Little Joe's on a hot Texas day during our Big 2026 Road Trip. We were looking for an authentic Texas BBQ experience, and Little Joe and his crew did not disappoint. If we're ever back in Pearsall, we know were our #1 place to eat will be. :)“

“Simple amazing BBQ. We have been here several times now and look forward to every time.

We have always been there in off times so there is never a wait. Always met with a smile and greetings.

The perfect combo to order is 2 large plates. 1. Lean brisket and sausage and the other ribs and marble brisket with an extra 1/2 pound of the turkey.

Sides are all a hit. We always get potato salad, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and cleanly corn.

The strawberry cheese cake was amazing and scratch made, the cobbler is also always a great choice.

Just a great place overall and love to stop here.
