“I go to sunrise for breakfast at least 4 days a week, the food is always consistently very good, best in uvalde by far. The staff and owner are always polite ,always cheerful, and accommodating. Even when the restaurant is packed and they are always short staffed they really work hard and the wait time is never more than 5 minutes for service t refill drinks incredible place and a pleasure to dine in“

“I can not say enough about this place. I travel to Uvalde for work often and this place is perfect! The staff is always so sweet, the coffee is the BEST in town, and the food is amazing! I am making my way through their breakfast menu, which is served ALL DAY, and I cannot wait to get to into their lunch! I recommend the salted caramel cafe latte and the French Toast. OMG!!! “This is our ‘go to’ spot in Uvalde. We feel right at home here. The bartender, Lisa, is wonderful…friendly and attentive. So much so that there is a ‘usual’ crowd that comes often. We highly recommend sitting at the bar for great service on Friday, Saturday or Sunday during Lisa’s shift!!“

“What a kick in the ass this place is. Love the staff, the bartenders are always so welcoming it's a blast if you don't know what you're in the mood for, they ask what you like and have the best suggestions every time. The whole staff are amazing it doesn't matter if someone shows up dressed up or extremely casual they treat everybody the same with such an awesome attitude, not to mention they're all pretty darn easy on the eyes that's for sure. The food is amazing always taste homemade never makes you feel weighed down. I abslouity love this place I think some other places should come here and take notes on how a place can be made to feel so good right when you walk through the door.

Parking: Even when it's packed we've never had a problem and we drive full size long bed trucks.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen plenty of families here. All happy to be there.
