“We stayed one night on our way to Big Bend. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We didn't have issues with noise.The reason for 4 stars is that the lady checking us in couldn't get her computer to work....so she couldn't program the room key to work. She sent us the room and our key didn't work so we went back to her and she admitted that she couldn't get the computer to work. So then why did she send us out only to have us come back? She then had to walk us to our room and unlock the door with a master key. It was just odd.Other than that slight hitch, everything was great for a one-night stay.“
“I must say I almost didn’t go bc of the low rating and pretty bad reviews I read. I don’t live in Texas. I was in town for work and I love Chili’s. I’ve been a Chili’s Rewards member for years. Once I read the reviews, I went in with very low expectations.I had a great experience. I sat at the bar my bartender , Bri promptly asked what I wanted to drink, I asked about drink specials and she told me about the $6 margarita of the month. I don’t remember what it was called but it was one of the best margaritas I’ve had at a restaurant. I didn’t have to wait for my chips and salsa, which I enjoyed while I watched the games they had on that night and waited for my order to be prepared.The Chili’s where I’m from took beef nachos off the menu so I was happy to be able to enjoy my favorite dish at this Chili’s. When my plate camr, it was fresh and hot. I came in kind of late, so Bri was sure to ask if I wanted another margarita since it was last call. I’m glad because I did want another tasty drink. Then, when I noticed I was the last person in the bar, I made the comment that “I need to hurry.” And Bri told me to take my time, no worries.It’s unfortunate so many people had a bad experience, but I rate MY experience 5-stars all the way around.“
“I was immediately greeted by a friendly server and it was perfect there on out. I was promptly served hot coffee and my order was taken. I ordered the Lumberjack Slam which consists of two buttermilk pancakes, grilled ham, bacon, sausage links, eggs, hash browns, and white toast. It was filling and tasted good. All cooked perfectly. “Went for the first time to celebrate my son’s first birthday. Food was great! Warm, moist, and delicious! Staff was super friendly. My son’s bday balloons flew up to the ceiling. The staff helped by getting on a ladder in getting them down for him! Downside is that they run out of food items quick and line can be long to order. A bit pricey but it was worth it. Will definitely be going back to try the items I missed out on!“
