Best service and experience I’ve ever had at this location and a lot of it is thanks to Erika. She was on top of everything and made sure walk-in pickups received excellent service. She was checking on orders, greeting customers as they walked in, and even jumped in at the bar to help because it was so busy. She was doing her job with excellence and not only did it make her stand out, it made this experience at Starbucks a stand out one for me as a customer.
Another out of town for work trip. Fabulous experience, short and simple, but what bright faces and great attitudes to start off the day. Wish I’d been skipping hotel coffee the last 3 days.
