Dear Management,
I frequently purchase smoothies and peanut butter toast from your store and have always enjoyed coming in. I especially like having honey with the toast.
Because I have a disability and only have the use of one hand, it can be difficult for me to open packets or manage the honey without making a mess. In the past, staff were kind enough to place a small amount of honey in a tiny clear cup on the side, which made it much easier for me to eat independently.
