Ordered and was told to wait by parking. Never brought out my food and had to get off. Waited 30 minutes just to find out they hadn’t even worked on my order. Cashier was nice and apologized but window lady didn’t look like she cared

Food didnt tasted as good as it should. Ordered sausage breakfast sandwich and French toast sticks, both of them had a strong hamburgery taste. Even the French toast sticks tasted more like a hamburger than French toast.

🤦♀️😡😕 We came for family day to try the how to train your dragon meal. Not impressed. It was a culturally nightmare. The fry cook messed up the burger. Drowning it in mayonnaise 🤦♀️
When we went to ask about BBQ sauce. Everyone just looked at me and walked by. I even said hello and got zero assistance. So I walked away, then the chicken nuggets.
We got a kids chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were burnt. 😡 They replaced the burnt nuggets with a cheese burger.
What happened 😕 we are so disappointed in you, Burger King. You are now the Burger bum.

Went there to dine in with my kids and over heard commotion coming from the kitchen. It was a male cook who was yelling out homophobic slurs to a female cook. The manager was there, a witness to it all and didn't say anything to the male cook. Instead she got upset with the female cook for defending herself. I will be taking my complaint to someone higher. This is complete bs.
I didn't eat here because I couldn't get any service in the drive-thru. 0 stars.

Drove 5 miles to get food, at 12-1 am. I chose Bk bc its the 1st restaurant that was open at the time, i drive up to the drive thru sat there for at least a minute, i had to call out hello, twice sat there another 30 seconds contemplating if i should just go to whataburger.. finally they answer, i order, pay they ask me to pull up sit for like 5 minutes (felt like) chicken sandwich feels warm eh ok i check the fries, nope they are old and cold so I reverse to the window after tapping a few times finally the person working comes to window i ask if i can have fresh fries 🍟 she says sure it will be 10 minites.. 10 MINUTES for fries.. excuse me!! For fries.. wow 🤯 and yes 8 minutes later I have fresh fries with a cold sandwich. Thank you BK
