Place an order say it will in 15 min never got it delivered. Call them said it was delivered my camera put up on one around my order or apartment... turns out driver gave it to the wrong apartment. Called back to tell them it was delivered to wrong apartment and guy on phone yelled and said refund was issued

To the owner of this dominoes if I was you I’ll be checking your restaurant better there’s been 3 times I been put on hold when called to place an order and the 3 last times they let me wait up to 15 minutes today in already at 10 minutes waiting they always respond but put you in hold and never get your order terrible they keep doing this. waste of time

Over the past few years I would have said Dominos pizza WAS consistently good. Recently, we have had two orders that were not correct and even when we brought it to their attention there was no appropriate reaction. I called the day after we had an incorrect order and they acted like they couldn't understand an issue with forgetting sauce on three entire pizzas. They either truly don't care about quality and customer satisfaction or they simply haven't trained their staff how to talk to people. I think its time to give other local pizza establishments business.

They said my order was ready and had me waiting for 15 min there plus ordered New York style and gave me original crust, not to mention staff was pretty rude because they were busy

never hard trouble with them before my order said it was delivered and it wasnt i admit my instructions weren't completely clear but they took my food back to the store and the manager i spoke to was rude and cut me off when i tried to apologize on my part and when i called they told me it was going to be another 30mins since they were going to make it fresh so 30mins go by and i check my app and it said my order was delivered to a completely different address on the other side of town so when i called again to see what was up the same lady answered the phone the first time she hung up on me and the second she told me the order was barley getting put in the oven and was going to be another 35-45 mins when i asked why she told me it was below the other order even tho i ordered ahead of time on the app and she only said it was going to be 30mins this its been already almost 2hrs and i didnt get any type of apologie jst rude attitude from the manager who shouldve let me know it wad going to be another hr instead of saying it was going to be 30mins and it was unprofessional of her to continuously cut off and be rude to a paying customer

Parking: All the workers dont want to be there. Food is never consistent in taste. If you order pineapple on pizza , you get a drizzle.
