Had breakfast at Burlington NJ location today. Waited 2 minutes to be seated. less than 10 customers, so not busy. Tyhira D was the server not young man that seated me. She was polite & quick to take order. Put lemon on side with water just like I ask. Most places put lemon in water glass despite asking to be on the side. Little wait time 4 food. Ordered breakfast sampler. Eggs perfect & all meat. Hash browns crispy on outside but needed more cooking inside. Pancakes were bad. Not fluffy & not cooked all the way inside.Taste salty. Don't like they put Pancakes on a small saucer. No room to cut & syrup spilling over to table. Tyhira checked on me 3x. Very attentive & friendly. Awesome server. Tipped regardless of non satisfaction of meal. Tyhira service made up 4 my experience.

Honestly insane experience, me and my mother walk in waiting to be seated and the waitress are just standing there. We wait for a little longer and one of them yells front counter, still no one moves. Mind you the waitress’s were just looking at us doing nothing, not trying to serve us, even rolling their eyes. We left immediately, I don’t know if this has to do something with race or ethnicity or just how we were clothes but this is unacceptable and even mc donald’s has better service then this.

I was in Uvalde this weekend and we where looking for a place to eat breakfast. Love the concept of two restaurants in one, this concept should be adopted (copied) by others in the industry. First time at this location, had an issue with my plate but the server Leesette took care of it (thank you!). Restaurant was very clean and food was good. A+ Will come back soon.

If I could give zero stars, I would! We were in the area for work and decided to have breakfast. As I type this we have been waiting an hour for our food. There are only 2 other tables in the restaurant. Part of our group had to leave...we are still waiting... Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service!

To be honest, we weren't expecting much since it was part of Applebee's where we have up on a year ago. To my surprise however, good was pretty good. Service was fast, good came out quick and like most IHOP's pretty good. My only sign was i ordered hash browns and they were room temperature at best. My omelette was made well and tasted good. My son was happy with his eggs and pancakes. Overall a definate thumbs up for Uvalde.

Interesting restaurant IHOP mixed with Applebees. Missing some of the menu items from both but overall lots to choose from. Alfredo was our waiter and he was super friendly and attentive

Really impressed with this new Applebee’s | IHOP combo in Uvalde! The place is clean, modern, and the staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. It’s cool being able to order from both menus. Everything came out hot and tasted great.
We also tried one of the combo dishes. Definitely something different. Service was quick, even though it was pretty busy.
