I was in Uvalde this weekend and we where looking for a place to eat breakfast. Love the concept of two restaurants in one, this concept should be adopted (copied) by others in the industry. First time at this location, had an issue with my plate but the server Leesette took care of it (thank you!). Restaurant was very clean and food was good. A+
Will come back soon.

To be honest, we weren't expecting much since it was part of Applebee's where we have up on a year ago. To my surprise however, good was pretty good. Service was fast, good came out quick and like most IHOP's pretty good. My only sign was i ordered hash browns and they were room temperature at best. My omelette was made well and tasted good. My son was happy with his eggs and pancakes. Overall a definate thumbs up for Uvalde.

Interesting restaurant IHOP mixed with Applebees. Missing some of the menu items from both but overall lots to choose from. Alfredo was our waiter and he was super friendly and attentive
