Newly redone inside, Bar added 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Food quality has gone down.. or new cook… taste like it was frozen and thawed quickly and under cooked(Shrimp). Waiter hard to locate… dont keep customers waiting for refills please…
Got the Burger the leaf of lettuce had dirt on it most kitchens wash the produce, I guess the cook smoking a cigarette near the back door by the kitchen forgot about that, the waiter didn’t take my order back he just brought me another piece of lettuce. Haven’t been back since, the steaks are terrible, which is why now I’ll just pick them up at HEB and make them myself… sorry Jacks do better or hire a actual chef.

Truly one of the worst restaurants we have every been to. The chicken fried steak was completely burnt. The steak was ordered medium and it came out charred and over done. The service was not friendly or nice. Felt like we were more of an inconvenience than anything else. Atmosphere was fine but the food was truly terrible.
This place is ridiculous. They tried to charge me $20 for a cheeseburger cut in half calling it a “Philly cheesesteak.” Server was rude when I indicated I’m not happy with the order. Definitely will not be back.
