Love this place!! We stop by every chance we get as we travel back and forth from Stockdale to Alpine to see our daughter at SRSU. The food is great and the service is outstanding, even if we go in 30 minutes before closing (sorry about that)! They treat us like family. Thank you Angel, Jessie and the entire Mr Gatti’s Crew for going above and beyond!

The pizza was good when it was finally served. I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s been the same experience. Good pizza when it finally comes out (1 pizza at a time with at least 30 people in the restaurant), dirty tables and walls and windows, and no napkins in any dispensers. Photos taken after being in the facility for 30 minutes. We waited for about 10 minutes before any pizza was put out and that was at about 11:45. Half of the games were out of service as well. The woman who appeared to be in a managing position was very positive and you could tell she was trying to assist everyone and make it a better experience, but one person can’t fix a restaurant. I won’t be coming back after this visit.

I’m not sure how this place has a four-star rating. The only positive aspect of my visit was the helpful front desk attendant, who assisted me without any issues when I mentioned it was my first time there. However, the experience quickly went downhill. The dining area tables were all dirty, and nearly half of the already limited selection of games were out of order. I’m not sure if the staff was simply short-handed, but overall, this place is definitely not worth the money. I’d rather make the drive to San Antonio than spend my money here again.

We had an amazing experience renting the party room at Mr. Gatti’s for my daughter’s 5th birthday on Friday! Hope, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She and her team were incredibly accommodating, kind, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff truly made the day special, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Hope is running a fantastic team, and I highly recommend this location for any event or family gathering!

We came in about 2 hours before closing. The cashier greeted us and welcomed us. There are 2 salad bars, a hot bar and a pizza bar. The 2 salad bars contain the same items. Unfortunately, the items on the hot bar and pizza bar had been sitting for quite a while - the spaghetti was sitting in water and was mushy when eating it, the green beans were wilted and the pizza had been sitting too long. One of the drink machines was out of order. The women's bathroom also needed to be cleaned.

This place is going downhill and needs an overhaul. The salad bar was sad, but the pizza was good. I went because I used to love Mr Gatti's growing up and now I am sad.

It smelled horrible, like the bathroom door was left open. The pizza was dry and some of the fruits and veggies were bad at the salad bar. I had to use a card to scrape off layers of built up grime on the highchair and then wipe it down so my baby could have a place to sit. The floor was sticky all over, we didn't bother staying to play games. I wouldn't recommend.
