Took a large group of kids from our church and the pizza was fast in coming out, the salad was good, and the service was friendly and efficient. Most of the games were running and the kids were happy. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by 1.99 children’s buffet!

I went a few days earlier to reserve a section for a party we were having and Angel helped me get everything situated. We had the party today and she happened to be there working again. She made the whole process and experience great. The service was on point and she made sure us adults and our children were taken care of the whole evening!

We asked my daughter what she wanted to do for her birthday, and her one request was to go to Mr. Gatti’s to play. The staff (Angel especially) was absolutely wonderful. She was super kind, friendly, and helpful. She went so far above and beyond to make sure that my daughter had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!!!

I was unable to attend a birthday party because the cashier insisted we needed to pay for food that we were not going to eat. We were there to sing happy birthday and eat cake since we had just ate a good lunch elsewhere. All we were allowed to do was leave the gift and step out. I’m a local and wouldn’t spend a dime from here on forth.

My husband and I come to Mr. Ghattis for a quick dinner. Staff is great. Food is pretty good. From pizza to pasta to salads to deserts. They even will make custom pizzas for you when you ask. Price is great!! We definitely choose the Uvalde location over the Universal City location.

Even Better Than Before!
We’ve been to Mr. Gatti’s before, but coming back recently, we were pleasantly surprised by all the new and improved changes! The place looks better than ever, and the overall experience has really leveled up. The staff and management were absolutely top-tier — super friendly, helpful, and clearly care about making sure everyone has a great time. They even made us fresh pizzas on request, which came out hot and delicious. The salad bar and hot bar were also looking fantastic — everything was clean, well-organized, and made with fresh ingredients. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into improving both the food and the overall atmosphere. Really happy to see such positive changes. We’ll definitely be back again!

Hi first off I’d like to say that I love Mr Gattis pizza and have been going to them for over 30 yrs,33 to be exact! BUT I was disappointed this Sunday Oct 12th. The manager on the floor was not friendly considerate accommodating or helpful in trying to figure out a solution. Idk why she was hired, what made corporate think she was “THE ONE” when I kno that when you work for the public you have to be all of the above. The manager Mr Gattis had before, tho I do not kno her, I heard great things about things she did for the people. We are after all, the ones who keep those doors open every day aren’t we! JS! I had planned my daughter's 2nd birthday celebration at Mr. Gatti's, intending to arrive as a walk-in. Prior to the event, I contacted the manager to confirm that a reservation was not required. She assured me that it was acceptable and offered to reserve a side for us. Upon arriving slightly early to set up the backdrop, I was informed that the party could not exceed a certain duration. I understood that parties are typically limited to 90 minutes. However, since the party was scheduled to start at 2 pm, and it was only 1 pm, I was merely setting up the backdrop without occupying any tables. The manager then requested a deposit to secure the reservation, despite initially stating that it was not necessary. Furthermore, she insisted that I purchase a bundle, which was not my intention, as I was not planning a large party. This lady created an unnecessary issue, and her demeanor was unprofessional. She ultimately gave us a 15-minute ultimatum to vacate the premises, threatening to call the authorities. Unfortunately, my daughter's 2nd birthday celebration was canceled due to her uncooperative attitude. I also noticed that her finger nails were dirty full of dirt! She has no business cooking if she can’t even wash her hands!!!! I really wish Hope was still the manager. She was amazing! Never had any issues until now that a new manager took over!

traveled from almost an hour away to check this place out, food was good, place was a bit small but that was expected, my biggest problem was the arcade section, wasnt big to begin with then seemed like almost half the games was out of order or broken, but staff was very friendly and helpful
