The food is always good. But staff is a different story. We go for lunch the man that works there is always on top of everything quick with menus, drinks, food absolutely makes the whole experience worth it. The women that serve us are a different story always rude/uninterested in their work, one girl came out of the restroom looked right at me went to the kitchen and never saw another employee, I left.

This pizza hut is always hit or miss. The food itself is fine, its hot and fresh. I have no real complaints about that. What I do have complaints about is the staff. Every visit I've had except one, they always get something wrong with the order and staff always seem annoyed or are just in a bad mood. This most recent visit we went in and were told we couldn't eat in because the restaurant had been rented out for a party. I'd be more understanding of this if the party had taken up the whole restaurant. But they didn't, they only took up half. They're was still the whole other half of the restaurant that was open and we were told we could only do take out. That sounds like bs to me. If you want to eat pizza just go somewhere else.

I was at this location for my son’s soccer team pizza party. I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating pizza, so I quietly brought a small smoothie so I could still participate without going hungry.
An employee approached me about the outside food policy, which I understand, but when I tried to explain the situation, I was interrupted and not really given the chance to finish. I ultimately had to step outside and eat in my car.
It was embarrassing to be separated from my son’s celebration instead of enjoying the party with him. We were there as paying customers with a large group, and the situation could have been handled with much more empathy.
I respect that policies exist, but the way this was approached made what should have been a happy moment feel uncomfortable.

People forget to slow down and enjoy their pizza, it's a totally different experience when you sit down and smell the roses. Pizza was popping hottttt, and service was fast. Pizza taste different when in a cardboard box it loses flavor when delivered, come to the restaurant and enjoy how pizza used to taste when, It's served fresh out of the oven, oh will be serving beer at this restaurant in the near future, nothing better than pizza and beer, yea Baby......

Very unpleasant experience. Walked in and we were not greeted. We had a party of 8 adults and 6 kids. There was no one else in restaurant, but even like that we had to wait to get any attention. We put together our own table. As we were trying to order, the waitstaff informed they had very little ingredients for pizza, and did not recommend to order wings. The menu had no pricing and she couldn't provide pricing. She was just providing estimates. We had to go online and see pricing. There was a lot of wait time and had to go get our refills ourselves. The manager on duty just pretended I wasnt standing in front of her, while I was waiting to be acknowledged to request a refill the cook acknowledged me and was able to help after waiting for bit. We pretty much paid for self service.

The waitress with the pink hair has no business in the food industry! I entered the establishment and the staff didn’t greet or direct me to table. Fair enough, they didn’t offer me a menu which was very rude. The atmosphere felt like I was in an old western saloon. At I thought it was me, however I was mistaken. The people coming to the register had the same experience. I just got of church, and I didn’t want to cause an outburst of my opinion. I had to give to God.

Since when does Pizza Hut host parties? Drove up to Pizza Hut today 06-08-2025 at about 2:30pm and there was a handwritten Sign on the door that it was closed for a party. We called prior to heading that way and asked if they carried salads and did not mention anything about being closed. The pizza is always great at this location but it seems like everytime we visit this location there is always an issue whether it be issues with the waitress, being overcharged, the place being super dirty, or them being out of ingredients for certain pizzas. Maybe time for new management??

Door says dine in is open until 11pm, website says dine in is open until 11pm. We walk in at 8:40 the girl cleaning up the lobby gave us attitude from the moment we walked in (body language says a lot) when my husband asked said y’all are open until 11 right? We were met with a slam of the dust pan on the ground and a very rude tone of voice that said only take out is open until 11. So we turned around and left. The service here has really gone downhill

The waitress came to our table and asked us what we wanted to drink then left because she forgot something to write on. After giving us our drinks we waited for her to get our order and had to ask her, her only response was "oh I forgot". The workers were laughing and playing around while we were still waiting for our food. They messed up our order and to top it off there was a gnat that fell in my drink and I let the waitress know and all she said was "oh, sorry". Food was good but I do not recommend dining in.
