Very unpleasant experience. Walked in and we were not greeted. We had a party of 8 adults and 6 kids. There was no one else in restaurant, but even like that we had to wait to get any attention. We put together our own table. As we were trying to order, the waitstaff informed they had very little ingredients for pizza, and did not recommend to order wings. The menu had no pricing and she couldn't provide pricing. She was just providing estimates. We had to go online and see pricing. There was a lot of wait time and had to go get our refills ourselves. The manager on duty just pretended I wasnt standing in front of her, while I was waiting to be acknowledged to request a refill the cook acknowledged me and was able to help after waiting for bit. We pretty much paid for self service.

The waitress with the pink hair has no business in the food industry! I entered the establishment and the staff didn’t greet or direct me to table. Fair enough, they didn’t offer me a menu which was very rude. The atmosphere felt like I was in an old western saloon. At I thought it was me, however I was mistaken. The people coming to the register had the same experience. I just got of church, and I didn’t want to cause an outburst of my opinion. I had to give to God.

Since when does Pizza Hut host parties? Drove up to Pizza Hut today 06-08-2025 at about 2:30pm and there was a handwritten Sign on the door that it was closed for a party. We called prior to heading that way and asked if they carried salads and did not mention anything about being closed. The pizza is always great at this location but it seems like everytime we visit this location there is always an issue whether it be issues with the waitress, being overcharged, the place being super dirty, or them being out of ingredients for certain pizzas. Maybe time for new management??

Door says dine in is open until 11pm, website says dine in is open until 11pm. We walk in at 8:40 the girl cleaning up the lobby gave us attitude from the moment we walked in (body language says a lot) when my husband asked said y’all are open until 11 right? We were met with a slam of the dust pan on the ground and a very rude tone of voice that said only take out is open until 11. So we turned around and left. The service here has really gone downhill

The waitress came to our table and asked us what we wanted to drink then left because she forgot something to write on. After giving us our drinks we waited for her to get our order and had to ask her, her only response was "oh I forgot". The workers were laughing and playing around while we were still waiting for our food. They messed up our order and to top it off there was a gnat that fell in my drink and I let the waitress know and all she said was "oh, sorry". Food was good but I do not recommend dining in.

We went in to eat, sit down and waited for 12 minutes for anyone to come and check on us to see what we would like to order. Nothing so we left and went ate somewhere else. Really bad service with no service at all..

Went in with my son and Dad and we were the only people there. I saw 2 people working in the kitchen area but we were waiting at our table for atleast 10 minutes and nobody greeted us or took drinks or anything. It seems silly to fuss over 10 minutes but WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE! it really sucks knowing i love the food at pizza hut but wont be going anymore because of how bad the service has gotten there. After that 10 minute mark I got up to go and complain/place my order AT THE REGISTER instead of being waited on by someone, and even then the workers disappeared in the back and i couldn’t even get the chance to complain. Mind you only 1 order was on their screen and we were the only people there. We left to another restaurant but wanted to call to complain, but guess what? When we called they immediately put us on hold. Very bad service.

pizza can be good at time but when the lady is making the pizza I don't know if she not reading her orders right or even reading them at all or just dont care but Everytime she the cook i happen to order and she always does a crappy job on pizza they are way to saucy like them pizza not suppose to taste just like sauce we want the flavor of the bread. she just cake on the sauce like she in a hurry. Today I order the new box personal pan thinking yes haven't ate pizza hut but a personal sound good nope it all went to the trash there wasn't no extra pepperoni and the pizza w loaded in sauce ugh 😩 I didn't catch her name lady with long hair always in a braid.
