This food park is exactly what Uvalde needs more of! I especially love the regular trucks that come out on the weekends, like Foxy Cakes and Texas Pirate Foods. Always delicious and a great variety.
The only thing that could be improved is the table cleanliness. It would be nice if they were wiped down more often or if there were Clorox wipes available at each table so customers could clean up as needed. Since it’s a casual, park-style setup, that small change...
