My date and I decided to have breakfast at Vasquez on Saturday. Let me tell you the food was amazing. The staff was polite and checked on us often. If you are looking for a great breakfast spot stop by.

This restaurant is ALWAYS clean and the service has always been great! The food is delicious and is still made the way his grandmother use to prepare it when his grandparents first opened the restaurant! He prides himself on the cleanliness of the restaurant & the quality of the food that is served!

The food was so tasty. It came out hot and looked beautiful. I had the Henry and husband had Enchiladas. Our favorites when we go. Our server was just working her 2nd day and was excellent. She checked on us regularly and kept our drinks filled. Will be back soon

Thank you to everyone atVasquez restaurant for serving our party of 30 people. The food was delicious ? and the service was great. We got served in a timely manner even with a big party and serving other guest. To our servers you all rocked.

I appreciate the family business, but you’re better off going to taco bell. Overpriced and very low quality.

I can’t recommend the Vazquez. It feels like white washed Mexican food, options are limited. I ended up getting a burger which, to be fair, was good. I wanted tacos or fajitas. Queso tastes like it comes out of a can. Service was also subpar.

The staff was very slow, and they were inattentive. Our water was not filled food came out slow. To top it off we were charged for extra chips. The food was fair nothing to write home about. It was just not a great experience what so ever.

I can't recommend the Vazquez. It feels like white washed Mexican food, options are limited. I ended up getting a burger which, to be fair, was good but who goes to a Mexican restaurant for a burger. The reason I order it was the rest of the menu was limited. Only beef or chicken tacos. Queso tastes like it comes out of a can. Service was also subpar. I would recommend you go any number of other more authentic places in town.

Meal options are very limited. Definitely not somewhere you want to go if you're wanting authentic Mexican food. Servers are a little hard to wave down but are decently friendly.

Visiting the area we traveled to Uvalde and found this gem. We recommend if in the area to stop by. The history behind the restaurant is interesting, it is super clean...bathrooms included, Jewels our server was very kind and kept the tea glass filled, and the food was delicious! Definitely will go back before we leave the area. Oh, and we had the opportunity to visit with one of the owners who was so sweet. (I think Lori.)

The food was not good at all. The cheese that was used tasted like free government cheese. It was horrible. The sauce on the enchiladas was bland. The nachos with cheese were 8 chips with that nasty cheese melted to it. I don't recommend this place at all.
