Order in drive thru. No one there. The guy taking the order and at the window was pleasant. We ordered 2 combo meals. Asked for BBQ sauce and was handed 1 by a lady. I asked for another one since we did get 2 orders of potatoes. She said you only get 1 per order. Then said they charge extra for sauce but can give us ketchup. Then she handed us 2 packets of ketchup. Very rude and will not be back.

Drive thru....ordered Big bacon classic combo large w/fries and Sprite Zero. Paid and pulled forward. Got my drink then my fries and was told to pull forward to mobile order parking to wait on burger. Pulled forward, ate my fries, finished my drink and talked to coworker for 8 minutes on the phone. Still no burger so I walk in and they turn around and hand me the burger. I get to the truck and its not the Big bacon classic but a Dave's single. Had to go back to have burger re-made and stop at store to get a drink to have with burger. And staff acted as if no big deal that they leave someone sitting for 10 minutes waiting and don't even double check for accuracy. First and last time at this location

Came in Saturday 7/26/25 and spent just under $30 the meat was not fresh the fries were old and the bacon was burnt bacon bits it was totally disgusting. We sent back the burger’s and when they gave us our new burgers the bacon was fresher but still cold and they gave us the same soggy buns from our old burgers ( who does this ) we didn’t eat the food it tasted old I told the manager that this was the worse burger I’ve ever had and she just said OK and walked away. My son laughed and said told you we should have never came to Wendy’s…..now I know

Went thru drive-thru Apr 21 approx 12:15 pm. 8 cars in line ahead of us. My turn to order and i find out why the hold-up. Every item we ordered was restated by the order taker and he/she/they/them kept offering changes. We know what we want. Just give up what we asked for. It was a chore getting thru an order for 2 ppl.

My son got me some baconator fries tonight. The fries were cold and the bacon just adds more salt to the cheese. Plus the cheese and the bacon are only found on top of all the fries. They are nothing like the picture on the advertisement.
