This is probably one of the nicest Wingstop I have been to! This is my fiancé’s hometown and every time we are in town we come here. The staff is so nice and accommodating! The food is always fresh too!

Again stopped by for Wings and I ordered drums and I was given flats mixed with drums told the employee, she went back to check with the cook but never came back to tell me anything. Ordered two orders of fries one was fresh and hot the other order was cold. There was no Sprite or Ice. I give up on this restaurant the employees don’t take pride in their job they are only here for a paycheck. I am from San Antonio,TX and the restaurants here are not like this Wing Stop here in Uvalde, TX I guess since they are located in a small town THEY DON’T CARE….Never do they acknowledge with a simple Hi when entering the restaurant or thank you when leaving. This will be my last time here.

Ordered carryout online. Show up and the lady says it's not ready. Wait 10 minutes and ask again. Says they don't have my order. Show the confirmation email and my bank account to show that I was charged. I guess they lost it somehow. Ends up getting 30 minutes after I scheduled to pick it up. If you order online I suggest ordering way ahead to get your food on time.

Don't work here !! About 2 months ago I worked for a couple of hours and they owe me a check but the owner doesn't pay people for the ugly job they have people doing! It's unprofessional I'm calling OSHA on them

I had never eaten there before. But my wings were cold & very chewy. I hand to bite down and pull to get the meat off of the little drumstick. My sister's order was brought to her 20 minutes after I got mine. And she said both her wings & fries were cold. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the atmosphere, the place was very clean & the staff was very friendly.
I have no complaints against the service or food but this location is not managed well. They have draft beer but the staff stated it’s not fresh because they don’t sell much. Well, of course you don’t. No one even knows it’s there because it’s placed away from where you order. If you were to move the draft beer over to the ordering station (like every Wingstop that I’ve been in that has draft beer) people would see it and order it. Very disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy a draft beer. Also, this location has a 51% sign which prohibits anyone from carrying a firearm inside the location. ITS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, NOT A BAR. There is no way that 51% of their sales is from alcohol when they admitted that no one buys the draft beer. Is that even legal to display a 51% sign if it’s not true? I’m sure the TABC would like to know if they are REALLY selling that much alcohol.
