Placed an oder for two people. They forgot about our order. Everyone was getting their orders except us. After 35 minutes I went and ask about my order. OH they forgot to submit it. Even after they were aware of us not getting our order, they kept working on other people's orders. It took them 1 hour to give is our order. It is upsetting.

I don’t know about this establishment but wing stop in general was good. Not anymore. A side of carrots was 3 little sticks that were water logged. The bone in wings had no flavor and were bloody at the bone. The only reason I went to wingstop was because I had a bad experience with one in Odessa TX and I was hoping this place would prove it was just an exception.

We have stopped at this location 5 times in the pass month in a half first time was great 2nd time they didn’t have any napkins had to get our own napkins from the car 3rd time they didn’t have no bone in chicken 4th time the ice maker wasn’t working 5th time soda machine wasn’t working and the employees really don’t seem to care about the problems..we kept over looking all the bad thinking it would get better but it’s not so we will stop going to eat there….

Stopped by with my team. Two of us didn’t get our food until after everyone else was finished. I inquired about my order; I was told mine would be up next. Seven orders were up before mine. They were busy, but they certainly need a system so people’s orders don’t get pushed back. The manager would not speak to me. I didn’t make a scene I just told the young girl they needed a better system. When I finally got my order, I was given two cookies. When I got on the bus I found I was shorted fries. Needless to say I will not return much less take my team there again. The chicken was good, but the service was terrible!
Pretty good wings but the fries are hardly ever fresh, mainly soggy. The worst part if that the workers genuinely do not want to be there and their attitude shows it. It a shame because everyone was looking forward to a wing stop here. I hope they turn things around.

Incredible professionalism and excellent service, even do the employees made a mistake with my order, they were able to found it before it got into the customer's hands, the Team recognized the mistake to me and found a solution in a very short time!!! This happended on the night of 6/26/2023. I will strongly recommend this location to anyone!

Worst service I've ever gotten anywhere!!! Cashier was rude and more concerned about her kids running around through the store and kitchen. Never knew Wingstop was a daycare. Took 40 minutes to get wings. Ultimately the experience sucked all the way around.

This is outrageous, I just ordered 8 piece bone in wings. One of the wings I recieved has not even been fully de-feathered. It had a bunch of feather strands hanging off that weren't acknowledged before cooking, after cooking, and even when being put in the box. This is pitiful for you guys to think it's okay to serve a wing like this.
