We enjoyed our dinner at Burnt. The burnt end crostini was a delicious appetizer and my shrimp and grits were fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and service from Santiago was perfect!
Let's talk restaurant. Let's talk steak. Let's talk service. Let's talk atmosphere. Burnt. Has it all. And all this is in Van Alstyne Tx. Quaint. Unassuming. Chef driven. We were at Burnt on Saturday Evening. The food was fantastic, great atmosphere and unique cocktails! I highly recommend Burnt!

Located in the small town of Van Alstyne, Burnt by J.H. is a fine dining restaurant with a cozy and reserved atmosphere that makes the outside world melt away.
