Had food delivered no chips or hot sauce delivered with order. I called and they said you have to buy hot sauce. I have never got Mexican food delivered with no chips it hot sauce. Won't be ordering there anymore or going there.

By far the best Tex-Mex around! The workers are phenomenal and extremely welcoming and personable! When family comes into town it is the first place we take them!!

Amazing food and fantastic service! The first time my husband and I went to this restaurant we fell in love with it. We love the taste of the food, the service from the wait staff, and the family vibes. My son is 2 years old and sometimes difficult to take out to eat. The waitress we had interacted with him and laughed at his silliness, which made lunch more enjoyable for everyone.

Ordered out tonight.. This restraint use to be good,, but not tonight.. Rice and beans are too, Way too salty. Large guacamole was so small and was brown when we opened the box and on the small size for $8.00. Very disappointing.

9 dollars for a large guacamole. We got one scoop and it was awful no flavor. The whole meal was horrible. The beans tasted like they dumped an entire container of salt in the pot. We spent $130 for our family.

What a great, little restaurant!

I was in the area for something else and wanted to support a local business that had been affected by the recent winter storm. A quick search led me to El Patio Escondido and I'm glad it did!

Despite my strict diet, I was able to find something that fit though the entire menu looked like it would have tasted great.

I settled on combination beef and fajita chickens and opted for a side salad instead of rice and beans. Add a grilled jalapeno and it was the perfect combination of flavor and spice that I needed.

The chicken and beef was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The salad was fresh along with the guacamole and sour cream.

If you are in the area and want authentic Mexican food, this place is for you!

Whoever left a one star review is a HATER! This family owned restaurant is serving up flavor every day of the week except Sundays. The first time eating there I ate 10 tacos! I literally went there next morning as soon as they opened and had 26 more tacos! The rice and beans are some of the best I’ve had in the entire state of Texas! The food is so good it makes me wanna slap my own mother for not cooking me food like this! The service is fantastic as well, these people cater to you as if you were family. You will not be disappointed! And don’t skip out on the churros either! I saw someone eat an entire churro in one bite! That’s how good they are. I LOVE this place and I will forever be a customer! And I’m bringing everyone with me!

Fantastic food!! FULL of flavor!! We will become regulars here😍 Love the authentic taste!

My husband and I are here in town for the night staying at The Best Day Ever Ranch and we came across this place. I am SO glad we did!! The food here is so dang good that we pinned it and will definitely drive the hour from our house to come eat. I’ll start by saying the salsa being FANTASTIC!
The food was full of flavor and tasted AUTHENTIC!! We’ve been to plenty of restaurants that don’t use seasonings but this restaurant does! It’s hard to find places that give you the authentic taste but look no further. Also, the service was great! So sad I didn’t get photos, just know you have to come here.
