I ordered the tampiqueña ribeye steak. It came with beans, rice, and two red cheese enchiladas. It was a good sized portioned plate and was delicious! The service was excellent, Cynthia was very attentive and nice.

We had the best brisket tacos ,homemade tortilla chips and excellent spicy. Spicy salsa for breakfast as we we’re passing through town. And stopped again for dinner to enjoy their excellent red and green cheese enchiladas and the delicious green chili chicken enchiladas. Ask for more green sauce. The food and service were excellent. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive. I had the bacon cheese burger and my wife had the brisket tacos. The chips and salsa they give you before your meal are great if you can handle spicy salsa. If local or coming through town definitely stop in and try their food, you won't regret it. There is also a drive thru if you are in a hurry, just order ahead of time.

Not just the best Mexican food, but probably the best food I've ever had. Sweet staff, great food, quiet little diner with all the locals. Highly recommend ♡

One of a couple places that are still open, I grabbed the #12. The alternative was the catfish. The waitress recommended both, so I let her decide. Food was good, nice flavor, nice spice level.
