First
The food was good but while ordering the music from the kitchen was so loud the waitress didn’t hear what I said so my order was wrong. Then for the correction it was wrong again, guess why! Right the music was too loud. I actually waited and waited for a plate that never came.

Now I’m only here to give a honesty review. The chicken was dry with no seasoning the rice no flavor and I asked for queso cheese but I don’t know what I got. All I know is that something was not right about that cheese. I read the reviews before going and I can’t be mad at no one but self for still trying it out…
Beef in the burrito was super tough and tendon-y. Could not even take a civilized bite without tearing apart the whole burrito thanks to this piece of meat. And at $9 it was quite small. Honestly just horrible. Avoid at all costs !!
Very small portions and bad service

Veggies with the food was spoiled! So I had diarrhea! Plus my taco turned out some kind of weird sea food! Oh my goodness I need to call health department on this fake Mexican restaurant! I am having extra diarrhea! I got no time to deal with my switched food, but they sold whoever owned this plate food poisoning!

Authentic! Food was made fresh. I’m so impressed! The enchiladas were the real deal. Salsa, real deal. In my opinion, the enchiladas are the test of an authentic restaurant. You miss the mark by not dipping the tortilla or not using real guajillo cillis, chances are your food is shipped in. This restaurant got it right, they were so good! The windows could use a wipe, but it’s El Paso, it sprinkles and you are doomed. Keep up the great work. Doesn’t deserve a low(er) rating. Wish I had taken a pic, but I know authentic when I see it and I was so impressed I forgot!
Hey owner! If you really care about your restaurant, FIX THE PHONE ISSUES. Multiple times passing through van horn and tried calling for a quick To go order with no answer. Been going for years!!

While the food was excellent the service was not. While they were very nice, I asked for another tortilla and it came 20 minutes later with a look of confusion. Ordered some more refried beans and never came. It’s not a big deal in the scheme of things but, when you are on a time schedule — let’s get things moving! Wait staff needs to be more mindful of their jobs.

My son and I visited here after driving from San Diego, California. Needless to say we wanted some Texmex. Waitress was rude. She served other tables who came in well after us. Never came back to our table after bringing the plates. Food was bland. Flies everywhere and apparently no free refills on the sweet tea which there is no mention of in the menu and waitress had attitude when I asked for a refill. Also had to ask for someone to clean our table before we sat down. Never again. Zero stars if possible.
