Was given my order. Everything was right but my coffee. Was given a hot coffee instead of the ice coffee that was on my receipt. I asked them if they could make the ice coffee I ordered. Instead of correcting the order right then and there, they put me back in line to wait another 15 minutes. By now my to go order is cold and I’m frustrated. Correct the order when the mistake is made, don’t make me wait even longer. I didn’t make the mistake 🤷🏻♀️

I didn't have high hopes. McDonald's is usually an emergency/last resort stop for me. I was expecting the usual attitude, poor service, and standard food. The food was as expected. McDonald's is usually consistent. The service was surprising. I was actually treated to smiling faces and good morning greetings! Everyone working there was smiling and seemed happy to be there. I can't explain how much better that makes an experience for a customer.
Came to place an order but lady kept cutting me off while talking then didn’t want to place an order. She’s a manager and she needs better customer service .

A worker named Joey helped me order the 50 cent burger and provided me with a new spicy sauce that was just amazing. 10/10 service,cleanliness and food would come again.

Went through the drive through and stopped at the window. No one opened the window and saw someone standing who glanced at me. I followed the guy in front of me who had waited a while at the window to the temporary parking area (where food is brought out). He got out and went inside, as did the guy in front of him. I parked for a while and saw that there the car behind me stopped for a while before someone helped them, which turned into a conversation. I left and wouldn't suggest the drive through unless their process or correspondence with customers is better.
