Well I will post this since you admitted that you denied a woman and her Service dog access to your store. That is illegal, and against the American with Disabilities Act. You ma'am broke the law. That dog is not a pet, it is a medical device just like a wheelchair. if you cannot understand that, then maybe you should not be a business owner. You need to be fined for you incompetent behavior. I wonder if you would treat an American Veteran the same way? or a retired Police Officer....read full review
