I came here tonight after work. I noticed it was a little busy, but when this nice lady named Ayla took my order, she was the nicest I have ever met at fast food. Honestly, she needs to get a raise the best food in Van TX.

At arbys they are out of medium cups
And instead of giving you a large and charging for a medium they want to upcharge you... how much does that cost you to just give the customer a large cups for medium price loves arby's a nickel ??
So when I asked the manager she stated it's not her fault either so if they're gonna give me a large drink cup they're gonna charge me a large drink
That's not taking care of the customer because it is your fault for not being properly stocked
But you're more worried about you losing out than the customer losing out not what I wanted not what I ordered
Not coming back
So lose a customer for life
I won't be coming back to this location ever again

The cashier literally walked up to a customer 4 different times and didn’t take their order! While looking for someone to work the register! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

I went in around 9pm to get my kids food. While waiting I saw an employee walk in with tape rapped around his shoe 👟 pretty sure against work ethics but that's not what really bothered me he didn't even wash his hands before beginning to serve our food and no one said anything. That's my biggest issue idk where he's been! He came from outside!

When I pulled up I was the only person in the drive thru, I waited 30 mins AFTER I had ordered and paid. I watched 4 different people/families get their orders before me. If it weren’t for brunette/red haired young lady that came back before her whole break was over tonight, I probably would have waited well over 45 minutes. They also forgot one of my drinks so I had to go inside and get it and then I ordered beef and cheddars and there was NO CHEDDAR. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Shout out to that girl, she was working her butt off to get the cluster cleaned up.

It's not rocket science people!!!
You sell "ROAST BEEF" sandwiches.
Are your employees and management team so inept that they can not keep it stocked??
Go back and look at the reviews at least once a month you have reviews that say the same thing....
"SORRY WE ARE OUT OF ROAST BEEF!!"
And then the goober asks would you like to try our chicken???

She has no idea either.
Said she had had many complaints and brought it up in the managers meeting last week!!!!
So this is 2 weeks in a row they have ran out.

Food was not the usual arby's that we like we ordered Turkey bacon ranch sandwiches and we got Turkey and ranch with a lot of lettuce but no bacon they didn't bother to let us know they didn't have it or that was not put on on an accident it was just bad experience all together. I don't think we will be coming back

This location is always out of roast beef. Which is crazy because that’s what Arby’s is known for. You would think management would adjust their orders considering how often they run out.
