I came here tonight after work. I noticed it was a little busy, but when this nice lady named Ayla took my order, she was the nicest I have ever met at fast food. Honestly, she needs to get a raise the best food in Van TX.
When I pulled up I was the only person in the drive thru, I waited 30 mins AFTER I had ordered and paid. I watched 4 different people/families get their orders before me. If it weren’t for brunette/red haired young lady that came back before her whole break was over tonight, I probably would have waited well over 45 minutes. They also forgot one of my drinks so I had to go inside and get it and then I ordered beef and cheddars and there was NO CHEDDAR. This is the worst experience...
Retha is the nicest most friendliest worker at that location. I always enjoy seeing her when I come in late nights after work. The food is always good and the service is even better.
