My 83 year old mother in Law and I were traveling to the Dallas Texas area to attend a funeral service for a relatives baby who died 26 hours after birth. We were stressed and pressed for time to get there. We stopped to enjoy the good food at DQ in Van Texas, use the restroom facilities, and stretch our legs. Easy access right off I-20. Well after the good food and great service we went to our car to leave and tried to unlock the car…. Nothing, the doors would not unlock. Apparently the key Fob battery died. Well, thanks to the caring of the Manager - Jessica Stofle, she did all she could to assist us. The main thing she did was help calm my nerves. Such a nice person and DQ should feel blessed that she works for them. I am David Langston and my Mother in law is JonDell Moore. Thank you Jessica and the Van DQ staff! By the way, a man who is a daily regular customer there was also very kind in trying to help, thank you kind sir. Van Texas is a nice place in our book! We will stop more when we travel to Dallas!!!

Honestly love the food, absolutely hate the service. Takes 20minutes for a salad and a 6 piece? i mean let’s be real, takes maybe 8 for the strips to be fried and less than 2 to put a salad together. Someone who is not the manager should not be yelling at the counter to not make their orders when they have quite a few people waiting on short orders.

I haven't been to DQ in about 12yrs because the last one I went to was disgusting. This location, on the other hand, was great. I got the Bacon Cheese Burger combo, and it was great. Didn't get to take any pics this time because I was on the road.
