I called at 831 to order a pizza to pick up on my way home. Was told it was too late to order they close at 9. I drove past at 837 and all the light are out. Poor service for a business

Absolutely worst service the staff was rude as well as telling my mother she had to have her sandwich toasted as while slaming the counter when all she wanted was for half here footlong to not be toasted told her should have been more specific Absolutely disgusting customer service

Possibly the worst Subway. I've been too and it's here in Van, TxThe times I've gone the sandwich is made wrong. I thought it was me but then my sister calls me upset one day and shows me a picture of her sandwich, it was soggy and all open like they threw it in there. I ordered the new lavish wrap with turkey bacon and avocado. It was made with chicken no bacon and no avocado and honey mustard sauce instead of peppercorn ranch. And when I ordered through drive thru she said so you want a wrap. And then at the window she just blurted GIVE ME $10.06! Awful service. Will be driving to Lindale if I crave a subway sandwich again. Even Tyler has better service than this!! So disappointed after giving them a handful of do overs. 0 stars!!! Do better Van, Tx. Subway!!

I went through the drive through asked for 2 different add on items to put on different sandwiches and neither was put on my sandwiches. They don't listen. There are plenty of other places around to go to. Won't be back.
Sandwich was dry Harley anything on there except for a bunch of bread.

So I placed an order online( buy a 1 ft get a 1 ft free) Went to pick it up (I did a screen print on the order and took it with me) Apparently after driving 20 miles they did not receive the order and would not honor the print out because it didn't have a date printed on it, ( pretty sure a subway issue) The assistant manager refused the paper work even after I stated that I would pay full price for the 2 $20.00 and give the tip to the employees, I saw 3 employees behind the counter and I was the ONLY customer. Went to Sonic next door and had a chili cheeseburger. Will be the last time I visit this location! Fyi Had visited the location 4 times within the last month and up until today I had good service.

FYI—I found a long hair 6 inches long in my sub a foot long sub I call the headquarters they said they will refund me. But when you get a sub you will save it for lunch and eat it and see long hair hang from your mouth. And you throw it up the Embarrassment In front of people is not even worth the refund as gift card ($20) I want cash! Never eating subway again even though getting subway for 10 yrs!!
